Who owns the code and the website?
You do. Ownership, hosting and handover are agreed in writing per project before work begins, so there is no surprise at launch.
What is the Discovery Sprint?
A paid Discovery Sprint ($299-$499, credited to the build if you proceed) produces a requirements document, user flows, wireframes and a fixed quote. It filters serious projects and protects both sides from vague scopes.
How long does a project take?
Starting timelines: business website 1-2 weeks, store 2-3 weeks, booking system 2-4 weeks, dashboard/CRM 4-8 weeks, SaaS MVP 6-12 weeks. Your fixed quote confirms the timeline for your scope.
What support do I get after launch?
An optional monthly Care Plan covers hosting management, updates, backups, malware scans, uptime monitoring, small edits and a monthly SEO report. Without a plan, launch training is still included.
What do you need from me to start?
A short brief (the Start a Project wizard covers it), your content or logo if you have them, and access to the accounts the build touches — shared only through a secure channel, never in a public message.
How do payments work?
Payment terms are agreed per project in writing — typically a deposit before the build and milestone payments after. Stripe deposits and milestone payments are available only once Stripe is connected and verified in the site settings; accepting a proposal online never charges a card by itself.
